Katrin deBoer X Max Cooper

5MM writer Kathrin deBoer & minimal techno producer Max Cooper have been collaborating for some time. The hard work is now bearing fruit with a number of really exciting recent releases surfacing including Origins, which has seen over 150k streams on soundcloud over the last few weeks.

In addition Kathrin also recently spent two days Tileyard Studios with Quentin Collins and Max on an interesting improvisation project. Says Kathrin….”We went into the studio with no plan, Quentin and I had free reign to improvise and throw down ideas. Speaking for myself, it was the perfect environment to explore our instruments and enjoy bouncing off each others ideas. In the words of my mentor Freddie Wilson…’if it ain’t fun, you ain’t doing it right’.. and i have to say- this was as fun as it gets”.
